- Read a book before bed instead of watching TV
- Work on math problems in a summer workbook or on IXL.com or Kahn Academy
- Play a math or vocabulary game online or on your phone
- On your family roadtrip, play word or number games in the car instead of watching movies on your tablet
- For highschoolers, use this opportunity to jumpstart your SAT/ACT prep. It'll come sooner than you think, and this is the perfect way to productively keep your brain active. Work on vocab flashcards, math problems, grammar rules, or practice essays to start prepping now so you don't have to cram during the school year!
